Shipping:

Shipping methods and associated costs vary by destination country and shipping weight and are indicated during checkout. When you place an order, delivery options will be displayed on the checkout page. You can select your preferred delivery date and courier (if available for your country).

Once the order has been processed you will receive an email confirming the shipment and, where necessary, the tracking number will also be provided. 

Shipping within the EU is free for orders over €45.00. For non-EU countries, the free shipping amount is displayed on the payment page.

Returns:

Not satisfied with your purchase? We accept online returns within 30 days from the date of purchase by offering a full refund, with shipping charges paid. Items returned after the 30-day period cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items must be returned undamaged and clean. 

In case of partial returns, the initial shipping charges will not be refunded. 

To make a return, send an email to. info@aybel.shop , indicating your order number. We will process your return and, if possible, email you a return label. Then, if your return is accepted, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
